Warehouse Associate
Jackson, MI 49203 | On-site | $17–$19/hr | 6pm–6am, 2-2-3 Rotational Schedule
3-month W2 contract via staffing supplier (possible extension/full-time)
Role Summary:
Support warehouse operations by handling inventory, production materials, and logistics. Requires safe lifting, moving materials, and maintaining an organized environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, walking, bending, climbing)
- Comfortable in a manufacturing environment (noise, dust, temperature extremes, chemical odors)
- Valid driver’s license and/or ability to obtain forklift certification
- Familiar with scanning tech, UPS shipping, and ERP/SAP systems
Main Duties:
- Pick, pack, and ship orders; operate Ottawa yard truck
- Supply production lines and manage materials
- Scan, count, and organize inventory
- Maintain safety and follow all PPE standards
