Job Title: Wire Cutter/Shipping/Receiving Worker

Location: Missouri City, TX 77489
Type: Possible Temporary to Permanent (Contingent)
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Steel Toed Boots Required: Yes
Forklift (PIT) Operation: Yes
Pay: $17 hr

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Ship, receive, stock, and pull orders in a warehouse environment.
  

• Follow precise written and verbal instructions for staging and routing.
  

• Operate wire cutting equipment, perform manual wire pulling, and ensure precision cutting to minimize material waste.
  

• Operate pallet jacks, basic forklifts, and use hand tools safely and efficiently.
  

• Assemble and fill orders for shipment to customers and other sites.
  

• Load/unload common carrier and company vehicles.
  

• Complete data entry and paperwork for all shipments, including item verification and shipment documentation.
  

• Use warehouse scanners for order picking and material put-away.
  

• Substitute for other warehouse staff and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience with wire cutting equipment and manual wire handling is required.
  

• Ability to read and respond to work emails; basic computer/data-entry skills.
  

• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
  

• General knowledge of electrical products is a plus.
  

• Effective communication with co-workers to serve customer requirements.
  

• Able to perform basic math for order processing.
  

• Ability to organize and prioritize workflow efficiently.
  

• Willingness to accept coaching and respond to supervisor direction.
  

• Able to work overtime when needed.

Special Requirements:

• No driving responsibilities permitted for the entire assignment.
  

• Must wear steel-toed boots at all times while on the job.
