Kelly Engineering is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our client’s team, which is a leader in delivering complex mission-critical integrated HVAC and Power Solutions.
Targeted compensation range: $150,000 – $200,000
What You’ll Do:
- Review plans and specifications for bid projects, ensuring the best product fit for each opportunity.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to select equipment and package options tailored to project needs.
- Prepare comprehensive bid responses and follow up post-bid to secure wins.
- Provide technical support throughout project execution, ensuring seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Leverage your understanding of electrical systems in data centers, including UPS and power distribution systems, to deliver optimal solutions.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of electrical engineering experience at an engineering firm (construction industry), electrical equipment manufacturer, or similar
- Deep knowledge of electrical systems
- Strong product and application knowledge of UPS and power distribution systems.
- Experience with bid management and project follow-through.
- Excellent organizational skills; detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a collaborative team mindset.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with data center standards and certifications.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale electrical projects within the data center industry.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Willingness to travel as needed to project sites.
