We’re seeking a skilled Field Project Manager to oversee mission critical power generation construction projects. Join us to support cutting-edge technology and help power the digital world!
About the Role:
As the Field Project Manager, you’ll manage, develop, and implement multiple projects of varying complexity and size. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects from inception to completion, facilitating planning sessions and establishing performance goals.

  • Design project plans, develop timelines, identify milestones, and track progress against objectives.

  • Resolve project issues, monitor status, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

  • Plan and monitor project budgets, conduct research and analysis, and drive performance excellence.

  • Manage project risk and identify solutions using quality tools.

  • Document and share learnings with other teams to enhance project outcomes.

  • Maintain project notes, databases, and records; provide regular updates to project sponsors and stakeholders.

  • Assign appropriate resources, guide and coach team members through all stages of the project.

  • Oversee construction-related tasks and ensure alignment with project goals and standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in heavy commercial or industrial construction projects—power generation, data centers, manufacturing, or similar highly preferred.

  • Proven ability to handle dynamic, ever-changing job site environments and adapt to shifting priorities.

  • Exceptional communication skills—clear, organized, approachable, and professional.

  • Strong customer-facing experience: comfortable representing our company and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

  • Thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing multiple priorities with composure.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at project planning and alignment.

  • Construction project management experience, especially in power generation or related industries.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, though relevant hands-on experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Proficiency in software ( Ex: Excel, Smartsheets, Procore or other project management tools.)

  • Ability to coordinate meetings, track invoices, and mitigate project risks.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of mission critical projects powering the world’s data centers.

  • Work with industry leaders and cutting-edge technology.

  • Accelerate your career in a thriving, high-growth sector.

  • Make a real impact on digital infrastructure and global innovation.
