Location: Warrenton, OR
Pay: $20–$22 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Type: Temporary to Hire
Important: Workers selected for this role are not permitted to have any driving responsibilities during the assignment.
Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations including order picking, packing, shipping, and inventory handling. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble and fill customer orders to be shipped to customers or other divisions
-
Pick orders using a warehouse scanner / WMS system
-
Load and unload common carrier and company vehicles
-
Prepare shipments for UPS and LTL freight
-
Verify merchandise against invoices and shipping paperwork
-
Prepare and complete Bills of Lading (BOL) for LTL shipments
-
Pack orders into containers and stage them according to truck routes
-
Count and verify quantities of merchandise for accuracy
-
Assist with general warehouse organization and material put-away
-
Substitute for other warehouse personnel as needed

Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
-
Ability to lift and move materials (30–50 lbs repeatedly)
-
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
-
Basic math and reading skills for inventory counting and shipping verification
-
Strong attendance and reliability required
-
Ability to work overtime as needed

Counterbalance forklift (experience preferred)
