Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift (2:30 pm – 10:30 pm)

What’s a typical day as a Paint Line Associate? You’ll be:

  • Loading and unloading metal parts by hand or with the use of a jib crane or hoist

  • Setting up bars and hooks for hanging parts on conveyor lines, ensuring proper spacing and order

  • Unloading painted parts with care to protect finished surfaces and delivering parts to designated areas

  • Inspecting parts for compliance with quality standards and following standard work instructions as trained

  • Maintaining a clean, organized work area in line with 5S requirements and supporting additional production tasks as needed

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred, but not required)

  • Bring experience with air-powered hand tools, hoists, and grinders (preferred)

  • Possess a general production background and basic understanding of 5S and standard work instruction

  • Are comfortable working with hand tools, cranes, hoists, and able to follow supervisor or team lead directions
