We are offering a $100 Sign-on Bonus after working 40 hours!

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
Shift: 1st (6:30 am to 3:00 pm)

What’s a typical day as Robotic Welding Operator? You’ll be:

  • Working within a station as part of a robotic welding line to assemble and weld units using standard build processes.

  • Assembling and fitting together parts to form complete units or sub-assemblies in a robotic weld fixture.

  • Using various hand tools such as grinders, scrapers, and other finishing tools to ensure product quality.

  • Controlling the operation of the robot, including cleaning and inspection routines.

  • Reading and understanding operational standards and blueprints as needed.

  • Manually moving and lifting components, clamping parts together by hand or with tools.

  • Following all production processes to maintain safe operations, quality product, and consistent delivery.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a High School diploma or GED (required).

  • Bring 6 months to 1 year of factory, assembly, or mechanical experience (preferred).

  • Possess basic knowledge of hand tools and an understanding of welding hazards and safety rules.

  • Are you a reliable team player who can follow standards and directions?

  • Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
