At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we’re excited to welcome Sewing & Assembly Operators to our growing industrial filter manufacturing team in Lima, NY. If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a team that takes pride in quality craftsmanship, this could be a great fit for you!
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay and the chance to get started right away — no interview required.
Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Available Shifts:
- A Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- B Shift: 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
(B Shift training will take place on A Shift for 1–2 weeks, if available.)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Operating industrial sewing machines to create high-quality filter products
- Assembling components by following clear instructions and patterns
- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Using hand tools and sewing equipment to complete tasks
- Lifting and moving materials as needed
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1 year of experience, preferred.
- You enjoy hands-on, active work
- You have basic reading and math skills
- You can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- You’re open to learning and cross-training in departments like Slitting, Cores, and Pleating
- You’re able to wear required PPE and obtain steel or composite toe shoes after hire
