Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$34/hour
Work Hours: 04:00 PM to 02:00 AM

What’s a typical day as a Production Supervisor/Material Handling? You’ll be:
• Supervising all operations including inbound, outbound, and claims processing, while reporting to the Superintendent and Plant Manager.
• Covering crews in the supervisor’s absence and ensuring smooth operations.
• Attending, facilitating, and submitting proper documentation for crew meetings, while preparing and maintaining work-related records as needed.
• Scheduling the workforce, including managing overtime and vacation requests, and championing continuous improvement initiatives toward best-in-class performance.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have at least 1 year of previous supervision experience (must have).
• Hold a High School Diploma or GED (must have).
• Are available to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
