Kelly® está buscando un Carrero Auxiliar para trabajar en una organización líder en San Juan, PR. Salario/Tasa de pago/Compensación: $11.00 por hora + beneficios de contratacion directa, plan medico, entre otros.

Turno: Lunes a viernes 8am a 5pm, tiempo extra de ser necesario.

¿Cómo es un día típico como Carrero Auxiliar?

  • Transportar mercancía en un vehículo corporativo a lo largo de rutas asignadas.

  • Cargar y descargar productos, asegurando el manejo adecuado de pedidos refrigerados y congelados.

  • Entregar productos a los clientes y recolectar pagos COD según corresponda.

  • Regresar al almacén para descargar la mercancía restante y procesar facturas y pagos.

  • Usar equipos de seguridad (zapatos de seguridad, casco y arnés reflectivo) en todo momento dentro de las instalaciones del almacén.

  • Apoyar en las operaciones de recibo o despacho del almacén cuando no tenga ruta de entrega asignada.

  • Cumplir estrictamente con las políticas, procedimientos y leyes de tránsito de la compañía.

  • Comunicar cualquier inconveniente durante la entrega al departamento de servicio al cliente y participar en reuniones o entrenamientos requeridos.

Este empleo puede ser ideal para ti si:

  • Has completado el cuarto año de escuela superior o tienes un GED (requerido).

  • Tienes experiencia previa en logística, distribución o entregas.

  • Posees una licencia de conducir de PR vigente y buen historial de manejo.

  • Puedes trabajar en el primer turno y portar siempre el equipo de seguridad requerido.

  • Demuestras excelentes habilidades en servicio al cliente y comunicación.

  • Eres capaz de seguir rutas y procedimientos establecidos con atención al detalle.

  • Puedes levantar y movilizar paquetes según sea necesario y te sientes cómodo trabajando en ambientes de almacén y conducción.
