Job details
We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience reading electrical and mechanical schematics, using a variety of measuring tools, and be flexible to work overtime.
We have all three shifts available for hire.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret electrical, electronic, and mechanical schematics and blueprints.
- Set up and conduct various performance and quality tests on products and systems.
- Use precision measuring tools (such as multimeters, calipers, micrometers, oscilloscopes, etc.) for testing and troubleshooting.
- Record data and results accurately and maintain detailed documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve product issues.
- Ensure all safety and quality standards are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Proven experience with reading schematics and using measuring instruments.
- Familiarity with testing procedures and protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness and ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as required.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
