1st shift, 6am-3:30pm

What’s a typical day as Warehouse Manager? You’ll be:

• Leading and supervising daily warehouse operations across three locations, ensuring accurate inventory control and timely shipments
  

• Managing, training, coaching, and holding warehouse staff accountable for performance and accuracy
  

• Setting daily priorities, assigning work, and ensuring adequate staffing coverage
  

• Overseeing cycle counting activities, supporting inventory audits, and resolving discrepancies
  

• Ensuring all inventory transactions are accurately recorded in SAP and physical stock matches system records
  

• Overseeing vendor goods receipts and communicating discrepancies to Purchasing and Finance
  

• Managing outbound shipments, including booking trucks, coordinating pickups, and ensuring accurate shipping documentation
  

• Enforcing standard operating procedures to maintain a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment
  

• Collaborating with Purchasing, Logistics, Production, and Finance on material flow issues and continuous improvement initiatives

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (required)
  

• Bring at least 5 years of warehouse or inventory management experience in a manufacturing environment
  

• Possess strong SAP experience (required)
  

• Demonstrate proven ability to supervise and lead teams across multiple locations
  

• Exhibit high attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
  

• Communicate effectively and can work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  

• Are physically able to stand, use hands, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform warehouse-related tasks as needed
