Our client is a leading industry manufacturer, offering innovative solutions and services across various sectors. We are seeking aWarehouse Logistics Manager to lead daily warehouse operations across three locations, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely inbound and outbound shipments, and compliance with standard operating procedures.

Pay Rate: $120-140K based on experience
1st shift, 6am-3:30pm
What’s a typical day as Warehouse Manager? You’ll be:
- Leading and supervising daily warehouse operations across three locations, ensuring accurate inventory control and timely shipments
- Managing, training, coaching, and holding warehouse staff accountable for performance and accuracy
- Setting daily priorities, assigning work, and ensuring adequate staffing coverage
- Overseeing cycle counting activities, supporting inventory audits, and resolving discrepancies
- Ensuring all inventory transactions are accurately recorded in SAP and physical stock matches system records
- Overseeing vendor goods receipts and communicating discrepancies to Purchasing and Finance
- Managing outbound shipments, including booking trucks, coordinating pickups, and ensuring accurate shipping documentation
- Enforcing standard operating procedures to maintain a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment
- Collaborating with Purchasing, Logistics, Production, and Finance on material flow issues and continuous improvement initiatives
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field (required)
- Bring at least 5 years of warehouse or inventory management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Possess strong SAP experience (required)
- Demonstrate proven ability to supervise and lead teams across multiple locations
- Exhibit high attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Communicate effectively and can work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Are physically able to stand, use hands, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform warehouse-related tasks as needed
