Kelly Services is hiring a Training Center Administrator in Farmington, CT!

If you’re organized, customer-focused, and enjoy supporting training programs and administrative operations, this role places you at the center of a busy training environment. You’ll coordinate customer training schedules, manage participation in learning systems, and ensure a smooth experience for customers attending training programs.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage customer training enrollments, cancellations, and participation through the Learning Management System (LMS)

  • Respond to customer inquiries and track requests through the HALO ticketing system

  • Create training quotes and process invoices in SAP while maintaining accurate documentation

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding training schedules and LMS support

  • Welcome and check in customers attending training sessions and handle incoming calls or emails

  • Support LMS updates and improvements in collaboration with internal teams

  • Maintain training materials, office supplies, and general organization of the training center

  • Assist with administrative tasks and training coordination as needed

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, training coordination, or administrative support

  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn SAP, LMS, and ticketing systems

  • Experience supporting or managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of emails and requests

  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills with a customer-focused mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Schedule & Pay

  • Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM | Onsite

  • 7:00 AM–3:30 PM during administrative week

  • $20.00–$25.00/hr | Weekly Pay

  • Long-Term Temporary
