Salary: $18.78/hour

Shift: 7am-6pm CST (Mon-Fri), 8am-12pm (Sat), occasional holidays/overtime, any 8-hour shift in support window

What’s a typical day as Customer Account Specialist? You’ll be:

  • Providing advanced product and service information to customers and responding to moderately complex inquiries.

  • Recording and processing custom/special orders and coordinating with internal teams.

  • Managing escalated customer situations and obtaining managerial approvals as necessary.

  • Building new customer relationships through proactive outreach.

  • Acting as the first point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints.

  • Scheduling follow-up actions and maintaining accurate CRM records.

  • Interviewing customers to clarify requirements and gather detailed information.

  • Delivering exceptional service to encourage ongoing product and service use.

  • Adhering to organizational policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

  • Pursuing ongoing professional development and training as required.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have High School Diploma, prefer candidates with a Degree

  • Bring 1 to 3 years of relevant customer support experience.

  • Possess strong digital communication and customer service skills.

  • Are customer-focused and skilled at building rapport and loyalty.

  • Are confident initiating sales conversations and skilled in in-depth questioning.

  • Can effectively handle and resolve customer indifference and complex issues.

  • Are available to work any 8-hour shift within the support window, including occasional holidays or overtime.
