Forklift Operator / Warehouse Technician
Location: Pooler, GA
Pay: $18–$20 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–4:00 pm (1-hour lunch)
Are you a motivated warehouse professional who enjoys taking initiative, overcoming challenges, and improving processes? We’re looking for a Warehouse Technician to join our team in Pooler, GA! This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in inventory control, cycle counts, and operating both forklifts and reach trucks.
What You’ll Do:

  • Process and manage paperwork for ordering, shipping, receiving, and issuing materials, tools, and supplies

  • Verify incoming deliveries against bills of lading, invoices, packing slips, and purchase orders

  • Document discrepancies and handle returns of damaged goods; collaborate with purchasing as needed

  • Operate forklifts and reach trucks safely to transport materials throughout the warehouse

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Execute cycle counts and ensure inventory accuracy in line with company standards

  • Support adequate inventory levels and prepare routine inventory and fulfillment reports for management

  • Create and ship Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) to vendors, maintaining records in Excel

  • Assist other departments with inventory-related projects and equipment deliveries

  • Manage self-install service orders and resolve trouble tickets

  • Perform other assigned duties to support overall warehouse and company efficiency

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field

  • Proven skills in inventory management and cycle counts

  • Experience operating forklifts and reach trucks (certification or ability to obtain OSHA certification required)

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Familiarity with computerized inventory systems; moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred

  • Able to lift 50–75 lbs.

  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

  • High attention to detail and continuous improvement mindset

  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record

  • Telecommunications industry experience is a plus, but not necessary
