? Position Overview

We are hiring Document Scanning Technicians to support our production operations. This role focuses on preparing, scanning, processing, and organizing documents of various sizes while ensuring exceptional quality for our clients.

  • Full-Time Graveyard Shift


  • Part-Time Weekend Swing Shift

These schedules are ideal for individuals seeking consistent part-time hours outside standard daytime shifts.

?? Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, evaluate, and determine the prep level of incoming documents.


  • Recommend file naming conventions and folder structures based on document types.


  • Remove staples, sticky notes, bindings, and other materials to prepare documents for scanning.


  • Create document indexes to support meaningful digital folder structures.


  • Scan small and large-format documents using production scanning equipment.


  • Process scanned files to meet client requirements (quality, file size, text-searchability, etc.).


  • Perform quality control checks to ensure all documents are captured and legible.


  • Deliver completed files to clients via upload link, USB, or other methods.


  • Maintain an organized and productive workspace.


  • Work overtime when needed to meet client deadlines.


  • Assist other departments as needed.


  • Support customer service by answering phones and taking messages when required.

? Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills with customers and coworkers.


  • Working knowledge of Acrobat, Bluebeam, or similar PDF tools.


  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.


  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new and legacy software.


  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted and stand for up to one hour at a time.


  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.


  • A proactive, can?do attitude and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.

? Required Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.


  • 1–2 years experience in scanning, document handling, reprographics, or printing.


  • 1–2 years experience in data entry, file handling, or document management.
