Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $19.29/hr. + shift premium for night shift
Shift: 7am–7pm or 7pm–7am (12-hour shifts, 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 on / 2 off with every other weekend required)

What’s a typical day as Maintenance Worker – Washer System Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:
- Performing routine preventative maintenance on washer systems following manuals and manufacturer specifications
- Recovering and removing waste material from the production floor and managing solid metal scrap using forklifts and tuggers
- Pumping out, cleaning, refilling washers tied to CNC processes, replacing filters, and maintaining system integrity
- Repairing or replacing defective parts such as seals, gaskets, filters, magnets, and screens using hand tools
- Checking and adjusting control instruments for washer systems and collecting samples for fluid quality analysis
- Operating material handling equipment to support ongoing operations
- Managing scrap/chips/swarf removal and replacement of hoppers
- Recording work hours and completed activities accurately in SAP work order system
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Bring at least 6 months maintenance or manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Have experience operating sit-down, counterbalance, or rotator forklifts, as well as tuggers (any forklift considered)
- Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills
- Are comfortable working any shift, including 12-hour shifts, overtime, and every other weekend, and can lift up to 40 lbs. as needed
