Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $36 per hour
Shifts:
1st shift: 5×8 Monday – Friday 06:50am – 3:20pm
2nd shift: 5×8 Monday – Friday 02:50pm – 11:20pm
3rd shift: 3×8 Monday – Friday 10:50pm – 7:20am

What’s a typical day as Sr. Manufacturing Technician? You’ll be:
- Supporting packaging lines by fabricating parts, performing inspections, and executing preventive maintenance routines
- Completing line changeovers and basic troubleshooting of packaging equipment
- Applying knowledge of machinery safety, electrical safety, and Lockout/Tagout procedures
- Utilizing fabrication equipment such as lathes, mills, and bandsaws
- Ensuring compliance with GMP guidelines and PPE requirements in production areas
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have at least one year of hands-on experience as a mechanic or operator in pharmaceutical, food, beverage, cosmetics, or similar production environments (three years preferred)
- Possess a strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to assemble, disassemble, and troubleshoot small packaging machinery
- Have experience with fabrication equipment (lathes, mills, bandsaws)
- Understand and follow machinery safety, electrical safety, and Lockout/Tagout procedures
- Hold a mechanic certification or have relevant technical experience (preferred)
- Have completed or are pursuing technical coursework in a trade, mechanic, electrician, automation, or controls (degree not required)
- Electrician or automation skills are a plus, but not required
