Assembly Worker – Entry-Level Production Associate

Kelly Services is hiring Entry-Level Production Associates for a national, custom packaging company. You will be responsible for assembling large boxes and supporting production operations. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in manufacturing.

Location: Brookpark 44142
Pay: $ 16.50
Hours: Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:00PM

Immediate Start – Temp to Hire Position 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble large boxes according to instructions

  • Use hand tools such as hot glue guns, staplers, tape guns, and paint rollers to apply glue

  • Follow verbal and written instructions accurately

  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Ability to read and understand instructions in English

  • Basic math skills

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Familiarity with common hand tools (no power tools required)

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequently lift, carry, bend, push, pull, and stand for long periods

  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs
