Assembly Worker – Manufacturing
Location: Charlotte, NC
Pay Rate: $16.00 and $16.50
Shifts: 1st & 2nd Shift Available
Assignment: Temp to Perm

Position Overview
As an Assembly Worker, you will be responsible for assembling products and components while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
• Assemble parts and components using work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards
• Identify and report defects, shortages, or equipment issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Meet daily production and performance goals
• Assist with packaging and labeling as needed
Qualifications
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motion
Work Environment
• Manufacturing / production floor
• Exposure to machinery, noise, and moving equipment
• PPE required as applicable
