Kelly Services is Hiring for a - Pick and Pack Worker for a recycling company Located in Yulee, FL 32097
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and energetic Pick and Pack Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle materials, operate handling equipment, follow safety protocols, and contribute to smooth warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
- Physically handle materials used to construct components and finished products
- Lift, carry, and stack materials as needed to optimize workflow
- Operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment (specialized training provided where necessary)
- Respond attentively to training from foremen and senior handlers to continuously increase job knowledge
- Observe and follow all safety procedures and best practices to prevent injury; attend periodic safety meetings
- Participate in and recommend changes to improve safety procedures when appropriate
- Load, unload, and stage products and materials efficiently
- Conduct daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have steel toe boots
- Ability to lift and carry items regularly throughout the shift
- Willingness to learn and follow directions
- Attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices
