Job Title: Service Availability Representative I (French Bilingual)
Work Model: Onsite
Kelly, in partnership with our client—one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers and recognized as one of Canada’s Best Diversity Employers—is hiring Bilingual Service Availability Representatives (Level 1 Technical Support).
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Respond to a variety of inbound colleague calls and emails.
- Ensure accurate and detailed problem documentation through ticketing systems.
- Provide timely escalation and follow-up with internal support groups and colleagues.
- Build ongoing support proficiency across additional skills and applications.
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for internal users.
- Work with technology teams to resolve end-user incidents within established timeframes.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Fluent in French and English (read, write, and speak).
- 1–2 years of technical support experience or related technical education.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
- General knowledge of PC hardware and components.
- Ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong computer navigation skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with ticketing systems.
- Technical degree or IT certification.
