Location: Mendota Heights, MN
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30PM
Contract Type: Temporary

Job Overview:
Kelly Services has partnered with a premier company seeking a Billing and Accounts Payable Clerk. In this role, you will support our client’s Billing and Accounts Payable departments by managing electronic file cabinets, processing accounts payable emails, and handling organizational workflows. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the electronic file cabinet and workflow system using OnBase.

  • Oversee the AP inbox, including opening, reviewing, and accurately categorizing all incoming AP-related emails.

  • Utilize OnBase for workflow assignments and the preparation of preliminary reports.

  • Scan any incoming postal mail and upload documents promptly into NetSuite for record-keeping and approval workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with electronic file management systems such as OnBase and NetSuite (preferred).

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

  • Previous experience in billing and accounts payable processes is an asset.

  • Comfortable handling confidential information responsibly.
