Manufacturing Assembler – 3rd Shift
- Location: Taunton, MA 02780
- Work Schedule: Mon to Fri / 1st Shift: 7 am to 3:30 pm
- Pay rate: 19.50$ per hour + 1.75$ shift diff = 21.75$/h
- Contract: W2 under staffing supplier; with a 3-month duration (temp to hire)
Role Overview: Join our team as a Manufacturing Assembler, where you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality products. You will handle everything from machine setup to final packaging, ensuring every item meets strict customer specifications and safety standards.
What You’ll Do:

Assemble & Operate: Set up branding, spooling, and rinsing equipment.

Maintain Quality: Follow GMP and OP guidelines to ensure zero-defect production.

Track & Document: Record data accurately using work orders, drawings, and gauges.

Package & Prep: Clean, brand, and package products for shipment.
What You Bring:

1–3 years of manufacturing experience (preferred).

Solid math, measuring, and English communication skills.

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.

High attention to detail (visual inspection and color distinction).

Comfortable working with Isopropyl Alcohol and required safety PPE.
