Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Associate:

  • Organize and maintain inventory

  • Safely lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs.

  • Track products throughout the warehouse

  • Inspect inventory for defects or damages

  • Accurately fill and verify customer orders

  • Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery (training provided)

  • Process, package, and ship orders

  • Enter data into SAP and other warehouse management systems

  • Collaborate with management to achieve key objectives

  • Comply with all company safety and hygiene regulations

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with the 7S Program

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Reliable, responsible, and a collaborative team player

  • Familiarity with warehouse data systems (SAP/WMS a plus)

  • Basic computer literacy required

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Prior experience in warehouse operations preferred

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

  • Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods

  • Capable of extended periods of typing and data entry

  • Warehouse/office dock environment, occasional exposure to weather, moderate to loud noise levels

General Security & Compliance:

  • Adhere to company policies, including information security and confidentiality

  • Protect company assets and data

  • Report any security incidents appropriately

  • Process data in compliance with applicable laws and company procedures
