Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.50/hour

Shift: Days (details below)

Part-time role at 20 hours per week, with occasional opportunities to work up to 32 hours. Preference is for candidates to work 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays each week. The manager can be flexible and allow someone to work 7:30 am to 11:30 am Monday through Friday. There may be occasions where the start time will need to be 7 am to accommodate for a tour that day.

What’s a typical day as Visitor Services Representative? You’ll be:

  • Coordinating and planning all factory tours and visitor activities across multiple locations.

  • Preparing tour guide work schedules and ensuring appropriate staffing for scheduled tours.

  • Managing office administrative duties, including correspondence, invoicing, filing, bill payment, and reporting.

  • Serving as the primary contact for visitor-related inquiries and acting as the company representative during tours and events.

  • Training tour guides on routes and information, ensuring high-quality guest experiences.

  • Overseeing onsite logistics, including guest check-in, orientation, and movement of guest groups.

  • Collecting and analyzing visitor feedback to support continuous improvement.

  • Maintaining accurate visitor records and supporting compliance with safety and facility protocols.

  • Possess strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Are able to think critically, troubleshoot issues, and recommend creative process improvements.

  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable interacting with guests and internal partners.

  • Are passionate about delivering memorable, high-quality experiences for visitors.

  • Are comfortable working onsite in a factory environment and can drive a tour cart or Gator indoors after completing safety training.

  • Can adhere to a business casual dress code and wear metatarsal safety boots on your first day.
