Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $22.75

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician I to join our production team on the 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM shift. This role is responsible for meeting daily customer demand and production schedules while ensuring that safety and quality standards are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble products using a variety of specialized equipment, fixtures, and work instructions to produce, assemble, and test medical devices.
- Work closely with the Manufacturing Lead and/or Specialist to ensure production schedules are met.
- Participate in basic problem-solving activities to maintain stable operations.
- Report quality, process, equipment, material, or labor concerns to the Manufacturing Lead or Production Supervisor.
- Maintain standard work, and participate in continuous improvement (DBS and 5S) activities.
- Keep a clean and organized work area to support manufacturing processes.
- Follow company policies and procedures in compliance with the Quality System.
- Complete all required documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or relevant work experience required.
- Ability to read and follow documents such as safety rules, operating procedures, and work instructions.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Collaborative team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Experience in medical device manufacturing.
- Microscope experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Comfortable working in environments with adhesives, solvents, and chemical processes.
- Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, and twist.
- Ability to regularly lift/move up to 10 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to observe and inspect small parts for extended periods (close and color vision required).
- Willingness to conform to controlled environments regarding apparel and personal hygiene.
