3RD Shift 11p-7am

What’s a typical day as Tipset Operator? You’ll be:
• Selecting the sequence of orders to build heats according to the open schedule for the furnace while adhering to standard procedures and unique batch requirements.
• Ensuring the product is processed according to proper specifications, checking for quality under a microscope, and performing necessary cleaning steps.
• Scanning correct production information and managing the furnace build process when complete, including press setup and operation as needed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School diploma or GED; a 2-year technical degree is preferred.
• Are committed to working safely and understand all safety procedures, with a focus on quality and production goals.
• Can stand for approximately eight hours with intermittent walking, reaching, and lifting trays weighing no more than thirty-three (33) pounds.
