Production Operator – Food Manufacturing (Temp-to-Hire)
We’re hiring Production Operators for a food manufacturing facility in Macedon, NY. This is a temp-to-hire role, giving you the chance to join full-time with benefits after successfully completing the temporary period.
Shift:
- 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri | 4 PM–12:30 AM | $20/hr
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and monitor food packaging and production equipment
- Maintain quality standards (weights, labels, packaging)
- Perform basic equipment checks and assist with changeovers
- Follow safety and GMP guidelines
- Communicate effectively with your team
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass screening requirements
- 6+ months of manufacturing or production experience preferred
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and able to communicate in English
- Reliable Transportation
