Job Title: Operations Officer III – Global Client Solutions
Work Model: Hybrid (4 days onsite, Friday work from home)

Job Overview
The Operations Officer III provides operational and processing support within the Global Client Solutions team, supporting wealth management operations through high-volume back-office transaction processing and operational coordination.
Reporting to the Team Manager, this role is responsible for completing operational tasks accurately and within established service level agreements (SLAs). The position focuses on maintaining operational effectiveness, supporting internal partner relationships, and ensuring that service level goals and customer experience targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Processing & Service Delivery
• Perform a range of operational support activities and transaction processing within the back-office operations environment
• Complete assigned tasks accurately while meeting established service level agreements (SLAs) and operational standards
• Follow established operating policies, procedures, and audit guidelines to support operational compliance
• Identify operational risks and escalate issues where appropriate
• Ensure due diligence and accuracy across all transactions and operational processes
• Support the achievement of successful audits through adherence to process and control

Education & Experience
• Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
• 1–4 years of relevant operational or back-office experience

Assets
• Knowledge of money market (MM) and foreign exchange (FX) products such as options, spot transactions, forwards, deposits, and loans
• Familiarity with Global and WSS operational platforms
