Production Operator – Overnight Shift (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Williamson, NY

Looking for a stable overnight position with consistent weekday hours? We are hiring Production Operators for a growing food manufacturing facility in Williamson, NY. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, offering the chance to transition into a full-time role with benefits after the temporary period.

Shift:

• 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Pay: $21.50 per hour

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, operating equipment, and working in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor food production and packaging equipment
  

• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
  

• Perform basic machine adjustments and assist with line changeovers
  

• Maintain clean and safe work areas following GMP and food safety guidelines
  

• Complete production checks and report any equipment or quality issues
  

• Communicate with team members during shift transitions to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of work experience required (manufacturing or warehouse preferred)
  

• Basic mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn equipment operation
  

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
  

• Dependable attendance and punctuality
  

• High school diploma or GED preferred
  

• Pass required Screenings
  

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
  

• Reliable transportation required
