Laser Machine Operator – Shape the Future!
Now hiring for both 1st & 2nd shift!
Join our innovative manufacturing team as a Laser Machine Operator, where you’ll master computer-controlled laser equipment to create high-quality metal parts essential for modern products.
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm (Monday through Friday)
- 2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 1:00am (Monday through Friday)
- Pay Rate: $15 – $17 per hour, based on experience
What You’ll Do:
- Review blueprints and production paperwork to ensure precision
- Operate advanced laser machinery and check materials for quality
- Inspect finished parts for defects and accuracy
- Keep organized records, audit reports, and contribute to continuous improvement
- Maintain a safe and orderly workspace, following strict safety protocols
- Conduct basic machine maintenance (gas and nozzle changes)
- Use measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, height gages)
What We’re Looking For:
- Comfortable with hands-on work and lifting up to 75 lbs
- Great attention to detail and quality
- Ready to work in a dynamic environment (machinery, occasional exposure to noise & elements)
- Team player with a passion for safety and improvement
