Job Description: Position Summary:
The General Utility Associate helps support facility operations by assisting production lines with materials, coordinating inventory, keeping the work environment safe and clean, and performing quality checks to ensure smooth and timely shipments. Essential Functions: Work closely with plant staff to maintain a safe workspace, start and operate mixers/production lines, build and wrap pallets, unload/load trucks, inspect product quality, keep accurate shift inventories, and follow 6S housekeeping practices. Additional tasks as assigned. Position Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred; prior manufacturing experience required; skills in teamwork, safety, and communication are key success drivers.
