Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $21.00/hour
Schedule: 7:00am–3:30pm

Your day-to-day impact:
- Load and unload bulk chemicals to and from trucks, ISO containers, and storage tanks, following exacting safety and process protocols.
- Operate and control pumps, piping, valves, and yard trucks, using both manual expertise and HMI interfaces.
- Monitor, clean, and maintain equipment, perform changeovers, and ensure zero loss and full compliance.
- Perform truck scaling operations, utilize arithmetic for accurate transfers and sampling, and document every step.
- Assign Lot Numbers, verify forms, classify materials, and support audits with confidence.
- Lead and support 5S and Responsible Care initiatives—every improvement matters.
- Embrace cross-training and support your team—your contribution extends beyond your role.
What makes you a great fit:
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional training/certification is preferred.
- 6+ months of computer experience required; bulk/yard truck experience a huge plus!
- Able to work at heights (tanks up to 70 feet!), handle variable temperatures, and perform physical labor (lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.).
- Eager to learn, open to flexible shifts, and excited to support a safety-first culture.
- Committed to quality, respectful teamwork, and honest communication.
