Projects Administrator – Data Center Construction (1-2 Year Contract, Permanent Hire Potential)

We are seeking a well-organized, reliable professional with solid Procore experience to support our project delivery teams on major power facility builds.
Contract Duration:
1-2 year contract, with potential for permanent hire

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and maintaining project reports, schedules, and documentation
- Organize and manage all project files, contracts, drawings, submittals, and correspondence
- Support project teams with document control and timely updates
- Expertly utilize Procore for managing project documentation (including RFIs, submittals, drawings, daily logs)
- Manage financial workflows in Procore (commitments, change events, PCOs, change orders, budget tracking)
- Support invoice processing, pay applications, lien waivers, and cost tracking within Procore
- Coordinate and track project-related communications, ensuring timely follow-up on action items
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute documentation to stakeholders
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding tasks from meetings and project schedules
- Assist in maintaining project schedules and milestones
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and logistics for the project teams
- Manage spreadsheets relevant to project tracking, staffing, and commissioning
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality protocols
- Provide general administrative support to construction and project management teams
Technical & Professional Requirements
Essential:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative role within a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- At least 1-2 years of current, hands-on Procore experience, including financial tools
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation and project workflows
Desirable:
- Experience with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tools
- Experience in an engineering or construction environment
