Onsite: 100% Onsite
Type: Contract to Hire (based on performance and business needs)

Hourly Pay Range: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour

About the Role
Kelly Engineering is partnering with a leading medical diagnostics manufacturer to hire a Supply Chain Analyst. This role focuses on improving global supply chain operations by analyzing logistics and inventory data, identifying operational issues, and implementing process improvements that increase accuracy, efficiency, and overall distribution performance.

This position works closely with cross-functional teams including supply chain, manufacturing, quality, IT, and logistics partners to support warehouse operations and global inventory movement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze supply chain and ERP data to identify inventory discrepancies, shipment errors, and operational inefficiencies


  • Investigate logistics issues such as damaged shipments, mis-picks, over/under shipments, and inventory mismatches


  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase inventory accuracy and warehouse productivity


  • Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean or similar methodologies


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, supply chain, quality, IT, and logistics partners


  • Support implementation of systems and operational improvements across warehouse and distribution networks


  • Assist with CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action) activities related to logistics and inventory quality issues


  • Develop SOPs and operational documentation for logistics and inventory processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related technical field (Preferred but not required)


  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain operations, manufacturing operations, logistics systems, or process improvement


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience working with operational data


  • Familiarity with Lean or continuous improvement methodologies
