Summary of the role
This role supports Global ERP Business Process initiatives and system enhancements across the Global Supply Chain organization. The Business Analyst III works closely with business teams, IT, and quality groups to improve ERP processes and functionality.
Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, managing system enhancements, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring documentation and compliance, and supporting initiatives such as product launches, system changes, and technology transfers. The role also evaluates how process changes may impact ERP systems and maintains supporting documentation and work instructions.
Key responsibilities

Serve as a member of the Global ERP Business Process Owner (BPO) team

Represent the ERP BPO function in site and global initiatives including product launches, system enhancements, and tech transfers

Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and manage enhancement requests

Plan, coordinate, and approve User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities

Collaborate with Change Owners to ensure accurate documentation and compliance
-
Work closely with IT to ensure system enhancements meet business needs

Partner with Quality Engineering to support validation and compliance standards
-
Develop, maintain, and review work instructions and related documentation
-
Provide ERP impact assessments during change control discussions

Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
-
Deep functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
-
Minimum 10 years of experience as an ERP Business Analyst or similar role
-
Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC), Plan-to-Deliver (PTD), and Finance processes
-
Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications and test scenarios

Proven experience managing ERP enhancements within structured change management frameworks

Strong background in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution

Familiarity with validation and compliance in regulated environments

Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced global environment
