Location: Pingree Grove, IL
Employment Type: Full-Time, TTH
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Starting Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team in Pingree Grove, IL. This full-time, first-shift position is responsible for assembling products according to specifications while meeting all quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, dependable, and willing to learn new skills in a manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assemble products according to specifications, including documentation, prints, and bills of material

  • Inspect parts used in assemblies and reject components that do not meet quality standards

  • Perform in-process testing of machines during assembly to ensure compliance with Quality Control (Q.C.) criteria

  • Assist the Line Foreman as needed

  • Complete required documentation, including material move tickets, inspection data, in-process tags, reject tags, rework orders, and Corrective Action Reports

  • Train on and utilize the computer system to print material move tickets as needed

  • Follow all company rules, policies, and safety procedures

Experience, Education, and Skills Required

  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use a variety of hand, air, and power tools

  • Ability to read, write, and understand English

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Willingness to learn new skills

  • Excellent work habits and reliability

  • Ability to safely lift 50–75 pounds

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time, first shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Starting pay range: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience
