Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking an Operations Technician to work at a premier medical technology company, Biosense Webster, in Irvine, CA. Sound like something you’re interested in? Pay: $38/hour
Shift: 7am-4pm
Location: Onsite, Irvine, CA
Benefits: Med/Den/Vis, 401(K), PTO, Paid Holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Adjust and set up manufacturing equipment and complete corresponding documentation
- Provide timely support for equipment and machinery repairs in manufacturing
- Perform corrective and emergency nonplanned maintenance following approved methods and documentation
- Participate in the transfer and installation of new production lines
- Offer technical recommendations and support for new projects and process improvements
- Conduct preventive maintenance and support qualification/validation testing of production equipment
- Update necessary documentation to reflect process or equipment changes
- Communicate business-related issues or opportunities with management
- Adhere to all company guidelines on Health, Safety, and Environmental practices
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State, local, and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Technical degree or equivalent in Mechanics, Electric, Electro-mechanics, Electronics, Metrology, or Instrumentation
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience or related training preferred
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), documentation, and quality systems in a regulated industry (medical industry preferred)
- Wide knowledge of computer applications
- Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
- Experience with Maximo (maintenance management system), campus systems, and GMP/ISO standards desirable
- Knowledge of emergency and corrective maintenance, calibration procedures, and quality documentation is a plus
