Hours: 9:30 pm – 6:00 am

What’s a typical day as a Manufacturing Technician? You’ll be:
- Upholding company values and diligently following Conduct Code, Policies, Standards, and mandatory training requirements.
- Ensuring adherence to all site SOPs, cGMPs, and regulatory manufacturing best practices in a highly regulated environment.
- Maintaining a safe workplace by following company policies and immediately reporting safety concerns to management.
- Wearing required PPE and operating pharmaceutical ingredient manufacturing processes.
- Supporting production goals by following quality standards, meeting product specifications, and keeping up with production schedules.
- Performing preventative maintenance on small equipment such as heat sealers, mixers, and conductivity meters.
- Setting up and running line equipment according to protocol and assisting with process improvement initiatives.
- Participating in ongoing training and supporting projects as needed, performing other duties as assigned by the Lead or Manager.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a High School Diploma (essential requirement).
- Bring prior experience in production or manufacturing settings (desirable).
- Possess an understanding of or experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or similar regulatory standards (desirable).
- Are willing and physically able to lift up to 25 lbs., bend, kneel, walk, climb stairs, and wear PPE.
- Are motivated to develop, train, and grow within a leading pharmaceutical environment.
