We are seeking an Electronic Data Interchange Support Technician to support our client’s applications across Oracle Cloud and other platforms. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, learning complex systems, and working in an environment where accuracy and responsiveness matter.
 
This position offers valuable training and hands-on experience with enterprise technologies, electronic data interchange standards, and trading partner integrations. It is an excellent opportunity to grow technical and analytical skills within a well established organization.
 
Location: Austin, MN (onsite)
Contract Length: 3 months with possible extension
Pay Rate: $21.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week; Standard hours: 7:00am–4:00pm or 8:00am–5:00pm
Work from home on Fridays once training is complete and trust is established
 
The EDI Support Technician will:

  • Perform support and maintenance functions to ensure applications meet business requirements in both the legacy and Oracle Cloud environments.

  • Receive training to become proficient in AS400 navigation, mainframe navigation, Oracle Cloud navigation, EDI standards, trading partner setup, EDI policies and procedures, and data synchronization practices.

  • Troubleshoot and prioritize issues in a fast-paced setting.

  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation.

  • Serve as a point of contact for both internal and external customers.

 
Qualifications Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Two years of post–high school technical education or equivalent experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to learn new systems and processes

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with consistent follow-through

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

  • Adaptability and willingness to adjust to changing requirements
