Job Title: Warehouse Material Handler (Wire Cutter)
Location: Phoenix, AZ 85043
Type: Temp to Hire 
Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00am–7:00pm
**Must be able to pass Drug test including THC and background**


Position Overview

Join our team as a Wire Cutter supporting electrical construction projects! You’ll play an essential role in preparing, measuring, and cutting wire or cable to customer specifications. This fast-paced position involves operating specialized machinery, ensuring order accuracy, and upholding warehouse safety and organization standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Wire Preparation: Operate wire cutting/spooling machines; load/unload reels onto spindles.

  • Order Accuracy: Review orders and verify wire type, size, and color per customer specs.

  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory, restock, and maintain organization of warehouse.

  • Physical Labor: Lift items up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 75 lbs.

  • Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts and reach trucks (preferred skill).

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous warehouse or wire-cutting experience preferred.

  • Physical Ability: Able to work in various temperatures, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, precise measurements/calculations; basic computer skills a plus.

Safety & PPE

  • Steel toe boots required (must provide your own).

  • Gloves and safety goggles will be provided.
