Job Title: Molding Machine Operator
Location: North Phoenix, AZ 85027
Schedule:

  • 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday–Friday

  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday–Friday

Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable Molding Machine Operator to join our team in North Phoenix. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards. This position is responsible for the daily operation, upkeep, and documentation of molding machines and related processes.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily production numbers and maintain logs in the molding area

  • Enter data and process work orders in the system upon completion

  • Examine molded products for quality and conformance

  • Respond to machine and robot alarms, and assist with mold set-up

  • Communicate with leadership and Engineering regarding mold, press, or area issues

  • Request and process work orders for presses

  • Mix materials according to precise specifications

  • Start up and shut down presses as needed, and keep presses running

  • Maintain daily parameter check-off sheets and adjust presses as necessary

  • Pull products from presses and ensure regular cleaning at the workstation

  • Adhere to company GMP policies as well as QA mandated work instructions and SOPs

  • Follow all safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Experience operating presses or machinery preferred

  • Good verbal communication skills

  • Dependable and detail-oriented
