Kelly is hiring a Remote Associate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts for a growing medical equipment organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, source qualified candidates, and manage the recruiting process from intake through onboarding.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruiting or HR support experience who enjoys building relationships and helping organizations hire great talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
• Source candidates using job boards, recruiting platforms, and professional networks
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Post and manage job openings on internal systems and external job boards
• Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications and competencies
• Coordinate interviews and communicate hiring decisions with managers and candidates
• Prepare and communicate offer letters and ensure signed documentation is collected
• Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and pre-employment testing
• Conduct reference checks and ensure candidate documentation is complete
• Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation processes
• Build professional relationships with recruiting sources and community organizations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required
• At least 3 year of recruiting experience or HR/administrative experience supporting a recruiting team
• Understanding of full-cycle recruiting and behavioral interviewing techniques
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Technical Skills

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred
• Knowledge of recruiting tools and sourcing strategies
• Understanding of EEO and employment practices

Additional Details

• Occasional extended hours may be required
• Professional interaction with candidates and hiring managers is essential
