Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Shift: occasional overtime

What’s a typical day as Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
- Resolving customer inquiries regarding plan benefits, claim payments, denials, and eligibility through telephone, email, walk-in, and mail
- Meeting set statistical goals such as call length and daily call volume
- Acting as a liaison between customers, internal departments, vendors, and business associates
- Assisting with the training of team members and participating in ongoing training to further knowledge and skills
- Adhering to all customer service policies and procedures
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have an Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, and at least six months of work experience (or, in lieu of degree, at least two years of customer service experience)
- Successfully completed a Customer Service Training Program
- Are able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy
- Possess excellent oral, written, and listening skills
- Can handle stressful situations professionally and respond to inquiries in a calm, polite manner
- Have strong PC skills and the ability to use a headset for extended periods
