What’s a typical day as Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:

• Resolving customer inquiries regarding plan benefits, claim payments, denials, and eligibility through telephone, email, walk-in, and mail
  

• Meeting set statistical goals such as call length and daily call volume
  

• Acting as a liaison between customers, internal departments, vendors, and business associates
  

• Assisting with the training of team members and participating in ongoing training to further knowledge and skills
  

• Adhering to all customer service policies and procedures

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have an Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, and at least six months of work experience (or, in lieu of degree, at least two years of customer service experience)
  

• Successfully completed a Customer Service Training Program
  

• Are able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy
  

• Possess excellent oral, written, and listening skills
  

• Can handle stressful situations professionally and respond to inquiries in a calm, polite manner
  

• Have strong PC skills and the ability to use a headset for extended periods
