Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.00/hour starting wage

Shift: Wednesday – Saturday, 6:00am – 4:30pm

What’s a typical day as a Batching Technician? You’ll be:

  • Staging and preparing raw materials for efficient mixing operations.

  • Monitoring the mixture of raw materials according to written formulas and production plans.

  • Ensuring safe product manufacturing by following Good Manufacturing Practices.

  • Partnering with QA/Lab teams to maintain product specifications and assure food quality.

  • Cleaning and disinfecting mixing utensils, tools, buckets, and general work areas.

  • Accurately completing required production paperwork.

  • Working closely with Production Managers and Quality Assurance teams to maintain food production excellence.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED (required).

  • Can regularly lift 50-60 pounds, depending on production needs.

  • Have six months of experience in food processing or sanitation (preferred but not required—training provided for the right candidate).

  • Exhibit a strong work ethic, dependability, attention to detail, and enjoy working as part of a team.

  • Demonstrate good job stability and history.
