Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22.00/hour starting wage
Shift: Wednesday – Saturday, 6:00am – 4:30pm

What’s a typical day as a Batching Technician? You’ll be:
- Staging and preparing raw materials for efficient mixing operations.
- Monitoring the mixture of raw materials according to written formulas and production plans.
- Ensuring safe product manufacturing by following Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Partnering with QA/Lab teams to maintain product specifications and assure food quality.
- Cleaning and disinfecting mixing utensils, tools, buckets, and general work areas.
- Accurately completing required production paperwork.
- Working closely with Production Managers and Quality Assurance teams to maintain food production excellence.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a high school diploma or GED (required).
- Can regularly lift 50-60 pounds, depending on production needs.
- Have six months of experience in food processing or sanitation (preferred but not required—training provided for the right candidate).
- Exhibit a strong work ethic, dependability, attention to detail, and enjoy working as part of a team.
- Demonstrate good job stability and history.
