Job Title: Data Entry Operator II
Location: Modesto, CA
Pay rate: $27/HR
Assignment Duration:
- Start Date: March 30 or early April
- Initial Term: 4 weeks
- Potential Extension: Up to 2.5 months total
Work Schedule:
- Regular business hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- 40 hours per week
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator II to support the team with accurate data entry, organization, and system updates. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in data entry but also communicates well and isn’t afraid to ask questions to ensure data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter, organize, and transfer data into various systems
- Maintain accuracy while inputting, reviewing, and validating data
- Use email and web browsers to support data operations
- Assist with sorting and organizing information in Excel spreadsheets
Skills & Qualifications:
- Good communication skills; comfortable asking questions as needed
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic Excel skills: ability to sort, filter, and navigate spreadsheets
- Proficient in typing and performing data entry tasks
- Able to use email applications and web browsers effectively
