Location: Roseville, CA
Pay: $30.19 – $31.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

About the Role
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at a large, highly automated technology distribution and logistics center in Roseville. This facility supports the movement of technology products—including IT hardware, networking equipment, and electronics—through a global supply chain.
This position is ideal for a technician with 3–5 years of industrial or commercial maintenance experience who wants to continue growing their technical skills in electrical, mechanical, and conveyor system maintenance within a modern logistics environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring that facility equipment, automation systems, and material handling equipment remain safe, reliable, and operating efficiently.
What You’ll Do

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on facility systems and material handling equipment

Troubleshoot and repair conveyor systems and conveyor control software

Maintain and repair electrical systems ranging from 24VDC to 480V 3-phase
-
Diagnose and repair AC/DC motors, gearboxes, mechanical drives, chains, belts, and bearings

Troubleshoot electrical control systems, PLCs, and VFDs
-
Install and repair electrical circuits, conduits, and control components

Perform basic welding and fabrication using electrical welding equipment on mild steel

Support installation, removal, and relocation of facility equipment

Maintain tools and assist with spare parts inventory management

Document maintenance work and repairs using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

Assist with AV setups and conference or classroom room setups as needed

Coordinate waste removal to ensure dumpsters and compactors are serviced on schedule

Maintain the appearance and safe operation of the facility and grounds

Follow all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and safety procedures

Support team training and collaborate with the Maintenance Manager on daily maintenance operations
Required Qualifications
-
3–5 years of industrial or commercial maintenance experience
-
Experience maintaining and repairing conveyor systems
-
Knowledge of AC/DC electrical systems
-
Experience troubleshooting electrical control systems
-
Experience working with electrical systems ranging from 24VDC to 480V
-
Mechanical troubleshooting skills including bearings, belts, chains, and gearboxes
-
Welding experience with Oxy-Acetylene and electrode or wire welding equipment

Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
-
Ability to perform preventative maintenance and repairs independently
Preferred Skills
-
Basic experience with PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)

Knowledge of VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives)

Familiarity with CMMS systems
-
Basic thermal imaging knowledge for electrical equipment

Interest in learning automation and robotics systems
Education
High School Diploma or GED required
Technical training in electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance is preferred
