*THIS IS A SHORT TERM ASSIGNMENT, ESTIMATED TO END OF APRIL 2026*
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Shift: 11am – 7am (Mon-Thurs OR weekend work available)
What’s a typical day as a Temporary Jewelry Sales Associate?
You’ll be:
- Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with jewelry selections.
- Providing detailed information about jewelry features, benefits, and care.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing jewelry counter.
- Handling accurate sales transactions, processing payments, and issuing receipts.
- Ensuring the security of all jewelry items by following proper handling and display procedures.
- Organizing jewelry displays to maintain a fresh and inviting presentation.
- Answering customer inquiries and recommending products based on customer preferences and needs.
- Assisting with inventory management through stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
- Removing merchandise from the showcase in the evening, securely storing it overnight, and returning it to the showcase the following day.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have prior experience in retail sales, especially in jewelry or luxury goods.
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable handling multiple tasks at once.
- Are detail-oriented, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Are available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Are able to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 10 pounds.
