Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM(1 to 4 weeks)Depending on Inventory.
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Kitting Specialist to join our team in Springdale! In this role, you will be responsible for the “kitting” process—gathering individual items and assembling them into ready-to-ship packages or kits. This is a vital position that ensures our production line stays efficient and our customers receive high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
Assembly: Accurately pull individual components from inventory and assemble them into specific kits based on provided instructions.
Quality Control: Inspect items for damage or defects during the kitting process to ensure only top-quality goods are shipped.
Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation to maximize efficiency.
Inventory Tracking: Update logs or digital systems to ensure inventory counts remain accurate.
Labeling: Ensure all finished kits are labeled correctly and prepared for the next stage of distribution.
Qualifications
Attention to Detail: Ability to follow multi-step assembly instructions without errors.
Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for the duration of the shift and lifting up to [Insert Weight, e.g., 35 lbs] occasionally.
Reliability: Punctual and committed to the 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM schedule.
Team Player: Able to work well with others in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
